ST. HENRY, Ohio (WLIO) — St. Henry is back in the state semifinals for the seventh time in program history and the first time since 2023.
The Redskins enter Thursday's Division 6 state semifinal with a 26-3 record after outscoring opponents 53-15 during their postseason run.
Standing in their way is a familiar challenge: three-time defending state champion Berlin Hiland.
Sixth-year head coach Mike Gast said his team understands the task ahead but welcomes the opportunity to compete against one of the state's premier programs.
St. Henry and Berlin Hiland will meet Thursday in Akron with a spot in the state championship game on the line.
