Lima Senior falls short in monster matchup against Princeton

LIMA (WLIO) — Lima Senior wrapped up the regular season with a 65-61 loss to Princeton at Spartan Fieldhouse.
Noah Simpson led the way with 23 points, knocking down multiple threes to keep the Spartans close. Willie Foster added 13 points off a steal and score, while Elynn Stearns provided a spark inside with several key finishes. Jeff Williams also chipped in from beyond the arc.
Princeton, featuring nationally ranked sophomore Kam Mercer, held off the late push to secure the win. Lima Senior finishes the regular season 18-4 and will face Waite in Wednesday’s district semifinal.
